Position: Upgrade Advisor/KBB Representative
Infiniti Stuart is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Upgrade Advisor/KBB Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Upgrade Advisor/KBB Representative, you will play a pivotal role in assisting customers with their vehicle upgrade decisions and providing expert guidance based on Kelley Blue Book (KBB) valuations.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle upgrade needs and preferences.
Utilize Kelley Blue Book (KBB) valuation tools to assess trade-in vehicles and provide accurate vehicle appraisal values.
Educate customers on the trade-in process, including trade-in value assessment, vehicle inspection, and negotiation.
Assist customers in selecting their next vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and trade-in value.
Coordinate with sales managers, finance team members, and appraisers to ensure seamless trade-in transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Acura vehicles, features, and promotions to effectively assist customers with their purchase decisions.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the trade-in process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and establish trust.
Proficiency in utilizing Kelley Blue Book (KBB) valuation tools or a willingness to learn.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for customers and the dealership.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
