Job Summary:

The Production Operator is responsible for preparing parts for processing by following established procedures and safety guidelines. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow technical instructions, and physical capability to handle manufacturing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine job priorities and prepare parts for processing
• Select appropriate racking methods based on part size, shape, and quantity
• Secure parts to racks or hoists using wires or clips for processing
• Remove parts after processing and inspect for quality
• Complete required documentation in compliance with company and processing standards
• Wear proper PPE and strictly follow all safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of excess materials and waste properly
• Ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to consistently lift, carry, push, and pull 50–75 lbs
• Physically active role requiring extended periods of standing and movement
• Must have normal vision and tactile ability to perform tasks
• Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Minimum 6 months of related experience required
• On-the-job training provided

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $16.50 – $19.60 (DOE)
