The Business Intelligence Engineer is responsible for development and management of Business Intelligence platforms, including the build of data collection capabilities, communication automations, and data visualizations.

Position Details 

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing business intelligence and data analytics priorities and build/deployment timelines.
• Engage with teams across the organization, understanding opportunities and requirements for process digitization, communication automation, and data analysis.
• Participate in process mapping and the development and maintenance of detailed written documentation of all business intelligence designs and automations.
• Design, build, test, and manage data collection, business intelligence, and communication automation solutions.
• Build and manage compelling reports and dashboards in Tableau, Smartsheet, ERP, and CRM platforms for internal and external deployment.
• Assist in providing end-user trainings on use of business intelligence tools.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field

• 2 years work experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or related fields. 

• Familiar with Tableau and SQL
