What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble oil-free compressors by preparing parts, placing components, and fastening them using bolts, clips, screws, adhesives, or other methods. 
  
  

• Operate tools and machinery—including hydraulic and pneumatic presses, air wrenches, and pressure test stands—to complete mechanical assembly and functional testing. 
  
  

• Maintain high standards of quality and safety, following all procedures and documentation to ensure products meet performance and compliance requirements. 
  
  

• Keep your workspace clean and organized, contributing to a safe, efficient production floor. 
  
  

• Collaborate with your team, sharing ideas and solving problems to continuously improve our assembly processes.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED 
  
  

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a related hands-on technical role 
  
  

• Experience using hand tools and fasteners (bolts, clips, screws, adhesives) 
  
  

• Familiarity with hydraulic or pneumatic machinery, or willingness to learn 
  
  

• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement 
  
  

• Ability to lift, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely
