If you are driven, innovative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to explore the opportunities available with us.  Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager/Director of OPM to lead our team of Applications Analysts in supporting and enhancing a homegrown financial services CRM. You will play a critical role in ensuring CRM stability, scalability, and alignment with business strategy while driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.This role requires strong SQL knowledge, CRM management expertise, hands-on programming skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while effectively engaging with business stakeholders. You will work closely with software developers, data analysts, compliance, finance, legal, and other critical business areas to deliver impactful solutions. Position Responsibilities:•          Lead & Develop Teamso          Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Applications Analysts. Strong SQL experience is needed to boost teams’ performance.o          Oversee CRM project execution, workload prioritization, and professional development.o          Drive a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and innovation.•          Manage & Enhance the CRMo          Oversee the operation, support, and enhancement of a proprietary financial services CRM.o          Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements, prioritize improvements, and deliver enhancements.o          Ensure system integrity, scalability, and compliance with security standards.•          Collaborate Across the Businesso          Work directly with Software Developers, Data Analysts, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and other critical business teams.o          Act as a liaison between IT, Operations, and executive leadership.o          Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions implemented by direct reports, through effective management approaches.o          Provide transparent communication on status, risks, and outcomes of various projects and enhancements.•          Apply Technical Expertiseo          Strong use of SQL to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize CRM performance.o          Leverage programming skills (C#, .NET, SQL Server, or similar) to understand and support system development.o          Manage projects and workflows using Jira.o          Identify and implement process improvements that streamline operations and enhance the user experience. Required Qualifications:•          Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).•          2–3+ years of experience in people management, leading CRM or application-focused teams.•          Proven background in CRM management, ideally in financial services or a regulated environment.•          Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to troubleshoot, report, and optimize.•          Hands-on programming experience (C#, .NET, SQL Server, or related).•          Familiarity with Jira for project and team management.•          Strong track record in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.•          Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.________________________________________Nice to Have•          Experience with homegrown or custom CRM platforms.•          Background in financial services, collections, loan servicing, or loan origination systems.•          Familiarity with Azure, Redis, and modern system integration approaches.•          Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery models.  In joining our team at CCMR3, you'll have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives while advancing your career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
