Job Description Summary: The Logistics Manager – is responsible for develop strategies and implement changes to improve company logistics team and seek for development.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- To lead and manage the logistics team to achieve company targets
- Liaise with the relevant parties for the setting up of logistics infrastructure in any new global markets
- Develop and manage the logistics infrastructure, procedures, systems in any new global markets
- Design SOP for new project and ensure SOP compliance
- Manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability
- Set up and refine daily logistics operations and procedures
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Set up JAS’s e-Commerce center and to extend the logistics business development to SPRC
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Implementation Manager
- Conduct performance evaluation for direct reports
- Recommend hiring, firing and promotion
- Identify and resolve personnel issues
- Ongoing coaching and mentoring of staff to develop skills to the highest level
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good analytical and program management skills; ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Internal/external sales skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills, including presentation skills
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
- Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in supply chain and logistics
- 15 years’ experience in logistics operation, at least 5 years at supervisory level
- Familiar with logistics process
ENVIRONMENT:
100% performed in climate-controlled internal office environment working under normal office conditions.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch; lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds.

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000
