QA Engineer
Location: Remote (US-based preferred)

Summary / Objective
We’re seeking a QA Engineer with strong communication skills and hands-on experience testing both mobile and web applications. You’ll ensure the quality and reliability of our healthcare products through a mix of manual and automated testing in an Agile environment, contributing to compliant, secure, and patient-centric software.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Perform manual and automated testing for mobile and web applications.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for medical software.
Collaborate with developers and product managers within Agile teams to ensure quality at each stage.
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
Implement, expand, and maintain automated testing frameworks.
Communicate test results, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with healthcare software standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
What You’ll Bring (Requirements)
3+ years of QA experience across mobile and web applications.
Proven experience testing medical software; EMR/EHR experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
Proficiency with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or similar).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
US-based candidates preferred.
