Join our well-established ER hospital in beautiful Niceville, Florida, where we’ve been proudly serving a growing community with compassionate care while staying at the forefront of emergency veterinary medicine since 1995.
The full-time schedule consists of 12 shifts per month.
- Some night and weekend shifts are required - open to discussion based on availability
Benefits:
- Tailored Mentorship: Hands-on training and access to a network of seasoned ER veterinarians in a culture rooted in learning and teaching
- Strong compensation model – earn $1,000 per shift during your training, upon completion of training, you will have the opportunity to earn earn $1,000 per shift or 25% production (whichever is greater) with no negative accrual
- Predictable, rewarding schedule – 12 shifts per month - with the option to pick up more - only if you’d like
- Sign-On Bonus: Minimum $17k
- Relocation Assistance: Minimum $8k
- Student Loan Repayment Program: up to $20k a year for 4 years

- CE Allowance: $2,500 a year and 3 days of CE specific PTO for Full-Time Emergency Veterinarians (ER DVM)
- We pay 100% of Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), State Licensure Fees, AVMA membership, and Professional Liability Insurance,

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree / VMD or equivalent
- An active veterinary license in the state of FL is preferred, but not required, we will cover state licensure transfer fees
- Passionate about practicing outstanding emergency veterinary medicine and surgical care, while collaborating with an experienced team dedicated to seamless, compassionate patient care
- Strong communicator who models a professional and courteous manner with staff and clients
