🌟 Offset Press Associate
Summary
Join Millennium Print Group (MPG), a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, as an Offset Press Associate S1! This is an entry-level role where you’ll assist Offset Press Operators in producing high-quality printed products using multi-color offset printing equipment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in press setup, operation, and maintenance while building a career in the fast-growing printing and packaging industry.

What You’ll Do
Train on press operations including ink, water chemistry, feeder, and feed board setups.
Assist Offset Press Operators with job preparation, make-ready, and production runs.
Set up, adjust, and maintain the feeder end of multi-color offset presses.
Load substrates, mount plates, prepare inks, and support press wash-ups.
Confirm job specs, review tickets, and ensure accurate materials are staged.
Maintain production accuracy in the MIS system for time and inventory tracking.
Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
Follow all safety procedures, security protocols, and company standards.
What You’ll Bring
High School diploma or equivalent required.
No experience required — 1+ year of offset printing experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude with basic troubleshooting skills.
Ability to perform simple math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MIS systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 60 lbs occasionally, 25 lbs frequently.
Stand for long periods during shift.
Work in a manufacturing plant environment with noise, temperature changes, and moving equipment.
Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including ear protection, eye protection, and safety shoes.
Clear verbal and written communication required.
