🎯The Role
We’re seeking a scrappy hospitality/events professional to bring 5-star service standards to our creative office environment and events. You’ll transform our workspace into a premium experience — from the moment someone walks through our doors through every daily interaction that follows; and run our events with taste, sophistication and impeccable logistics.
You’re not just managing an office; you’re operating it like a luxury establishment where service excellence is the standard. This role demands elevated, impeccable hospitality expertise and the mindset that every detail matters in creating an exceptional workplace experience.
🚀What You’ll Do
🏥Facilities Management Excellence
Operate our office like a luxury establishment. Coordinate with property managers, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure our creative studio is always pristine, fully stocked, and running smoothly.
🎩5-Star Office Experience
Ensure every visitor, client, and team member receives the level of service they’d expect at a high-end establishment—anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and maintaining impeccable standards throughout the workspace.
🎉Event Support
Design & execute sophisticated off-sites and office events, ensuring every detail reflects our originality and our commitment to excellence. You’ll manage logistics, vendor coordination and budget oversight to deliver impeccably polished experiences to our guests, clients and teams.
✨New Hire Welcome & Office Orientation
Provide warm welcomes and comprehensive office tours for new team members. Ensure they know how to access all onsite resources and feel at home from day one.
🔐Security & Access Management
Maintain secure, professional environment standards through onsite security coordination, building access management, and emergency response planning.

🛎️Experience:
- 5+ years in high-end hotel, restaurant, or events management with proven 5-star service delivery
- Background supporting fast-growth companies or luxury service establishments
- Elevated, impeccable hospitality mindset with meticulous attention to detail
- Event planning & management experience
🔑Technical Skills:
- Quick learner who leverages technology for seamless operations
- Advanced Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
💰Comp & Benefits
Salary: $70-100k Base depending on experience
