Maintenance Supervisor en Banyan Living

Banyan Living is a leader in luxury apartment management dedicated to enhancing the resident experience through excellent service and property upkeep. We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor who can manage our maintenance operations efficiently and maintain our high standards of living.

• Reports to: Property Manager
• Compensation: $25 per hour based on experience

Requirements

• Dependable attendance is critical; as a representative of Banyan Living, your presence is essential.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
• Punctuality is vital; arrive on time and ready to lead each day.
• A friendly, positive attitude is necessary!
• Flexibility in scheduling is important, especially during peak maintenance times.
• 3+ years of experience in a lead maintenance role is preferred.
• All candidates will complete a background check; employment is contingent on the results.
• Compliance with Employee Handbook and Policies & Procedures is mandatory for all staff.
