As a Senior or Lead Application Analyst (title determined by experience), you’ll be a key player in ensuring our business applications align with strategy and deliver measurable value. You’ll partner with business leaders and IT teams to troubleshoot, design, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
Whether you join as a Senior Applications Analyst (leading projects and mentoring peers) or step in as a Lead Applications Analyst (owning critical applications, shaping long-term roadmaps, and influencing IT strategy), you’ll help drive technology that fuels our growth.
💡 What You’ll Do
As a Senior / Lead Application Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap between technology and business needs. You’ll troubleshoot application issues, guide system improvements, and help deliver reliable, scalable solutions that empower our teams to do their best work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to business users by troubleshooting application and process issues.
Lead discussions with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to identify innovative solutions.
Oversee application configurations, security, and compliance with company standards.
Facilitate requirements gathering and documentation for system improvements.
Lead user acceptance, integration, and system testing.
Manage application implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
Perform system analysis and make data-driven recommendations.
Act as a liaison between IT and business units, managing vendor and stakeholder relationships.
Drive technical architecture decisions, long-term application roadmaps, and best practices.
Report on performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior analysts and promote collaboration across teams.
✅ What You Need to Succeed
We’re seeking an applications professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. The right candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills. Final title and level (Senior or Lead) will be determined based on experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5–10+ years of progressive experience in IT application support, management, or implementation
Proven success leading application upgrades, integrations, or enterprise projects
Experience mentoring or leading others, with the ability to influence across teams and levels
Strong knowledge of system configurations, testing, security, and process improvement
Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, and change management best practices
Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making
Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
A strategic thinker with a focus on efficiency, continuous improvement, and innovation
