About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in growing our patient base by building relationships with healthcare providers and their staff. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong phone presence, an interest in healthcare sales, and the resourcefulness to connect with busy professionals.
You'll spend your time reaching out to medical offices, taking inbound calls, and developing the referral relationships that drive our mission forward.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls and manage inbound communication with healthcare providers and internal teams
- Build and nurture relationships with medical offices and provider networks to drive new patient referrals
- Be resourceful and persistent in connecting with providers, even through gatekeepers
- Represent Infusion for Health with professionalism and empathy over the phone
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure referrals are processed efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement in our CRM system
What We're Looking For
- Strong phone communication skills and a professional phone presence
- Interest in healthcare sales or business development
- Experience in phone-based customer service, sales, or a similar communication-heavy role
- Comfortable speaking with doctors, referral coordinators, and healthcare staff
- Self-motivated, organized, and persistent in follow-up
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to healthcare, referrals, or working with medical offices (a plus, but not required)
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Work Environment
- Hybrid schedule:
- Monday–Wednesday: On-site at our Brea, CA headquarters
- Thursday–Friday: Remote/work from home
