Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care, assisting physicians during procedures, conducting patient tests, and administering medications as permitted. Valid RN or LPN in the State of Indiana

BLS/CPR Certification Required

Senior Living Nursing Experience Preferred
