- Full‐cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across functional areas such as Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Management, etc.
- Be hands‑on with candidate management, including managing interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback, negotiating offers.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, especially for specialized roles (engineering, quality, etc.), including passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, job descriptions, and adjust as needed.
- Report hiring metrics (time‑to‑fill, source of hire, candidate quality), periodic update to leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to engineering/manufacturing/quality/supply chain roles.
- Strong sourcing skills: ability to find passive candidates, use job boards, LinkedIn, technical communities.
- Good interviewing skills; able to assess technical and soft skills; possibly work with subject matter experts to assess engineering candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience using SAP or similar ATS systems
- Flexibility to attend job fairs/represent the company externally.
