As part of a diverse and skilled Service Delivery Team, you will be tasked with providing support for UFS clients. The analyst position provides entry level support, installation, and maintenance for clients. The nature of the role involves continued participation in refinements of the product/s and/or service/s through basic maintenance, support, and automation initiatives. The role includes all the responsibilities of a junior analyst in addition to the below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Investigates client problems, identify sources, and implement solutions
- Advises clients on best practices for configuration changes
- Maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information
- Communicates professionally with clients and colleagues
- Participates in project implementations, ensuring quality assurance
- Engages in refinement projects to enhance system efficiency
- Performs ongoing maintenance to ensure system reliability
- Updates ticket and project status regularly for effective tracking
- Ensures the queue is cleared daily, aiming to meet all SLAs
- Proactively seeks assistance or escalate issues when necessary
- Attends team meetings to stay updated on organizational developments
- Trains on innovative technologies for skill enhancement
- Learns internal company processes
- Studies for certifications to validate expertise
- Complete repeatable, documented IT maintenance tasks
- Log, prioritize, and track requests, including documenting actions taken to resolve requests
- Participate in technical projects as directed
- Work with third party vendors on behalf of customers
- Occasional on-call or work outside normal business hours, as directed by team lead
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; preference for Information Systems/Technology majors
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support environment preferred
- Experience within the financial services industry is a plus
