Position Overview:

Cumulus Media │ (BSI) has an immediate, fully remote opening for a knowledgeable and client-focused Assistant Sales Product Consultant to support and promote our Radio Automation Software and Hardware solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with clients in the radio broadcast industry to demonstrate and implement our broadcast products. You will be responsible for providing expert-level knowledge on all aspects of our products and working closely with technical support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.

  • Serve as the primary sales expert for our radio automation, recording, playback, and music scheduling software solutions.
  • Respond to sales calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Support the onboarding and implementation process for new clients.
  • Work with the product management team to communicate customer feedback and help shape future product development.
  • Process customer orders.
  • Stay current with radio broadcasting trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on location.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in radio automation software, broadcast technology, SaaS sales, or technical support highly preferred.
  • Previous radio/broadcast media industry experience a huge plus.
  • Understanding of computer hardware.
  • Familiarity with audio file formats.
  • Knowledge of basic computer networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
