ABOUT THE ROLE / TEAM
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Communication & Engagement team, owning product strategy, discovery, and delivery to craft innovative, customer-loved solutions.
In this role, you will dive deep into understanding key user groups, uncover opportunities that drive commercial value, and turn insights into real impact. You’ll define the long-term roadmap, identify and validate critical challenges, and collaborate closely with product designers to create thoughtful, effective solutions.
Working alongside engineering teams, you’ll bring these ideas to life exploring how Artificial Intelligence and AI Agents can enhance the platform and better serve Beamery’s clients.

🚀 Shape and advocate for the roadmap; ensure we’re building what matters most, using a data-informed approach to prioritize effectively.

🚀 Champion a customer-first mindset to keep scrum teams focused on solving real user challenges. Build relationships with power users to deepen understanding.
🚀 Balance priorities effectively by navigating the needs of both customers and Beamery to drive sustainable growth.
🚀 Turn insights into action by discovering what customers truly need, collaborate with the team to develop solutions, and partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless adoption.
🚀 Play a pivotal role in cultivating a vibrant company culture by championing a welcoming atmosphere where all team members feel empowered to share their thoughts and innovative ideas.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
🚀 Experience as a Product Manager working on complex technical or AI/agentic products.
🚀 Analytical thinker with strong data skills; able to drive insights that inform decisions, understand key metrics, conduct analysis, and measure success.
🚀 Proven track record of driving go-to-market strategies and adoption with B2B customers.
🚀 Skilled in product discovery with a hypothesis-driven mindset.
🚀 Customer-centric approach, adept at managing high volumes of feature requests and prioritizing to balance customer satisfaction with impact and resources.
🚀 Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
🚀 Excited by the prospect of solving business problems and strategizing how technology, especially Artificial Intelligence can make a meaningful impact in the HR Tech space.
