As Artistic Director at VRAI, you will be responsible for leading and shaping the artistic cohesion and direction of all marketing, including social (IG, TikTok), email, retail stores, and advertising. You will work with a small team to create compelling content and objects that align with our brand and resonate with our audience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual stories.

Actual compensation may be higher or lower in the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s job duties, experience, expertise, and location. We will also consider higher-level candidates and salary will be adjusted accordingly.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the artistic cohesion and direction of all marketing, ensuring a consistent consumer experience and resulting in an elevated sense of timeless luxury.
Lead and manage a creative team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create cohesive and compelling campaigns.
Oversee the production of all content and objects, including photography, videography, graphic design & CGI as wel as window and other displays in VRAI’s retail stores.
Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, videographers, models, stylists and other creative partners.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within non-fashion luxury.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and a keen sense of aesthetic judgment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
