GL Accountant en Vitol

• Booking and request of invoices payment 
• Booking of cash transactions and reconciliations of
• Booking of L/C fees and bank charges in the in-house
• Calculation and booking of intercompany interests
• Monthly intercompany reconciliations, proposing and
• Reconciliation with clearing-house accounts 
• Review and follow-up of overdue invoices 
• Analytical review of balance sheet and P&L accounts
• Monthly and year-end closing for Vitol companies
• Financial statements preparation (IFRS, Swiss statutory 
• Preparing for and participating in annual audits 

• 4 to 5 years post certification or degree 
• 3 years’ experience in similar role in trading business, ideally commodity trading 
• Excellent track record in accounting and IFRS standards 
• Advanced knowledge of Excel 
• Fluent in English

• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills

• Well organised, disciplined, able to follow through
