About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Coordinator who will be a valued cornerstone of our Sales and Operations Teams. In this pivotal role, you'll have a direct reporting line to the State Manager and play an essential part in our sales and branch operations. This role ensures seamless day-to-day coordination, administrative excellence, and the successful management of our exciting office events.
Requirements
To excel in this role, we're ideally looking candidates with backgrounds and skills of the following:
- Proactively supporting the local sales team through impactful reporting and sales administration.
- Maintain the SAP sales territory CRM data, ensuring its accuracy and usefulness.
- Take the lead in identifying, developing and supporting projects to streamline sales processes to enable the Sales team to flourish.
- Be a catalyst in assisting with the execution of sales & marketing events that make a lasting impact.
- Collaborate closely with our nationwide Sales Support Co-ordinators, fostering teamwork and excellence.
- Skillfully manage purchase orders, invoicing and SAP reporting for our valued vendors.
- Support the State Manager with the day-to-day operations of the office and Branch.
- Handle mail distribution, and stationery ordering, responding promptly to our team's needs.
- Be prepared to offer ad-hoc branch support whenever the situation calls for it.
