We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in Lancaster, Ohio.

The Administrative assistant will perform tasks in a number of key areas:
Assistant: Serves as an executive assistant to the CEO, including but not limited to: preparing monthly Board meeting packets, board information and mailings, staff meeting, meeting minutes, scheduling, and arrangement of other meetings and company events, and researching and preparing reports and documents as directed by the CEO.
Human Resources: Assists the Human Resources Director with tasks, including but not limited to filing, employee records, updating employee information, verifications, benefits.
Payroll: Correctly processing agency payroll, payroll information, and tax information utilizing HRIS system, including onboarding, separations, and staff information changes; wage, position, and status changes, tax and direct deposit information.
Administrative: Additional functions including but not limited to: answering phones, returning messages, admittance of visitors and guests from the lobby, scheduling and setting up meetings, assisting management staff with other duties or projects as directed, and processing invoices, payments, or related records as directed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of high school diploma, with at least one year of clerical experience required, and some Human Resources or Payroll experience strongly preferred. Must be able to work very independently, self-direct, proactively solve problems, and possess a high attention to detail. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work well with a team, be able to work with diverse agency staff, display a high degree of professionalism, and be capable of handling details of an extremely confidential nature and performing administrative functions based on understanding of company policy and philosophy. Must possess proficient skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
