Position Duties
Under general supervision, will supervise contract providers by monitoring, assessing, and evaluating BCW program/coordinators to determine compliance with state/federal guidelines. Verify and finalize all data submitted and ensure all documentation is correctly uploaded to the BCW-BIBS database. Maintain necessary reporting and billing systems to complete audits on service coordinators. Perform duties of intake service coordinator. Complete evaluations on referred children, as assigned. Facilitate a variety of team meetings with families, service providers and community partners. Identify areas of training needs as well as coordinate/facilitate training as needed. Monitor continuing education credit records on all service coordinators. Assess Annual Performance Report data and review with service coordinators on a monthly basis to assure requirements are met.

Southeast Health District accepts educational credential recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and/or the US Department of Education (DOE) will be considered. SEHD will contact educational institutions to verify degree, diploma, licensure, etc.
The candidate selected for this position may be subject to pre-employment drug screening and a criminal background check.
