Superior Linen Service is a 4th-generation, family-owned rental provider seeking a results-driven, outside sales professional with prior experience in B2B route-based laundry and rental sales to help us grow throughout our Eastern Division service area.

About the Role
This is not an account manager role; it’s for true hunters who thrive on new business development in the laundry and linen rental services industry.
You’ll focus on acquiring new customers in industries including:
- Hospitality (restaurants, resorts, cafes, corporate dining)
- Healthcare (clinics, dental offices, outpatient facilities)
- Specialty markets with ongoing rental & delivery needs
If you’re already familiar with route-based service contracts, usage-based billing, and solving customer problems with custom rental programs, you’ll hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect daily via cold calls, warm leads, and face-to-face visits
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of rental opportunities
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs, identify service needs, and present proposals
- Customize service programs and close new rental contracts
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Represent the company professionally in the field
Who We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of B2B sales in uniform, linen, or facility services rental (strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in new account generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-starter who thrives independently but works well with a team
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current insurance
- Comfort with Microsoft Office tools, CRM systems, and video conferencing
