Job Description

Total Experience 10 to 14 Years

Relevant Experience 8 to 10 Years

Candidate must have

  • Define and implement the technical architecture for Salesforce Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud
  • Lead the liftandshift migration strategy ensuring functional parity with Dynamics CRM while optimizing workflows
  • Develop Lightning Components Aura LWC Visualforce pages and automation using Flows and Process Builder
  • Configure emailtocase workflows dashboards and rolebased access aligned with business requirements
  • Design and oversee secure migration of case data contacts accounts and policy records
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems including FileNet imaging mainframe Guidewire and PMS using REST Bulk and Streaming APIs
  • Implement robust security protocols including encryption TLS MFA and Salesforces security model
  • Ensure compliance with data retention policies and PII handling standards
  • Support UAT training and golive activities
  • Establish a scalable foundation for future AI analytics and automation capabilities

Additional:
Proven expertise in Salesforce UI development Aura LWC Lightning App Builder
Strong experience with Apex asynchronous processing and integration frameworks
Deep understanding of Salesforce security identity management SSO OAuth and data governance
Experience with largescale data migrations and complex data models
Salesforce certifications in Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and CRM highly preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills"
