What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the service team with clear goals, accountability, and motivation.

• Oversee repair orders, warranties, financial controls, and shop operations to keep things running efficiently and profitably.

• Proactively engage with customers, resolve escalated concerns, and drive high satisfaction scores.

• Foster strong collaboration across departments, ensuring smooth operations and repeat business.

• Build a culture of growth: train, mentor, and develop service team members while maintaining a clean, safe, and high-performing shop.

• Analyze financials, manage budgets, and implement processes to boost efficiency and profitability.

What You Bring to the Team:

• 5+ years in an auto repair facility; leadership experience strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced operations.

• Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and solid understanding of compliance and warranty processes.

• A customer-first mindset paired with a team-focused leadership style.

• Clean driving record and insurability required.
