We are looking for a marketing professional experienced and qualified for our assisted living facility.
Description of Position:
The Marketing and Sales Director is responsible for achieving maximum occupancy and total revenue potential of the community by attracting qualified prospects and converting those prospects into Residents. At our community, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies and building strong relationships with prospective residents, and the professional local community. **Your work will be measured through achievement of occupancy goals and the overall move-in experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in a retirement, senior living, assisted living, nursing home or related industry.
- Experience and knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid insurance placements.
- Proven sales results and marketing experience in the senior living or healthcare industry
- Able and comfortable traveling to sales leads within a 2-hour radius from your home.
- Goal oriented and results-driven.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
Responsibilities of Marketing Director:
- Achieves budgeted occupancy and revenue goals for the community
- Coordinates and executes marketing strategies and events that drive business into the property, and enhance census.
- Uses social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to boost brand awareness and share updates.
- Responsible for cultivating professional relationships and generating sales leads and referrals.
- Calls on and regularly visits: hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and other senior living communities to promote our Sweet Water of Orlando facility.
- Evaluates and understands the competition and incorporates knowledge of competitors into the sales strategy as it relates to pricing and selling value.
- Responds promptly to phone inquiries, schedules visits, conducts tours, and closes sales.
- Responsible for completing pre-move in paperwork, coordinates with Department Heads to assure regulatory compliance.
- Assist with the processing of all required information necessary to complete a successful move-in.
- Coordinates with all departments to prepare for the new resident’s arrival.
- Assisting with the completion of marketing pre-evaluations, scheduling of actual pre-move-in evaluations, completion of new resident move-in paperwork, coordination and communication of move-in dates
