The Concurrent Enrollment Coordinator will oversee the Concurrent Enrollment program at HTC, supporting key milestones in the admissions process such as applications, testing, orientation, registration, campus visits, and document processing. The Coordinator will serve as a liaison to high school and community contacts, assisting students in making informed decisions about college and career pathways. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with on-campus faculty to organize campus visits and working closely with the Director of Partnerships and Pathways to ensure compliance with NACEP guidelines and maintain accreditation.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS
- Coordinate and Manage HTC’s Concurrent Enrollment programming - Hennepin Tech in the School
- Facilitate & deepen relationships & CTE offerings with existing partner districts through frequent on-site visits, communications, & goal setting practices
- Generate new CTE partner districts through outreach efforts by engaging with west metro Perkins Consortium districts, charter schools, and other public/private high school entities
- Development, management and tracking of CE partner contracts, program goals, and provide data analysis supporting any/all CE decision making processes.
- Support key milestones in programming, such as but not limited to, creation of courses, partner on-site student orientation, general admissions application process, placement testing, course enrollment, CE student advising.
- 6. Serve as a liaison between partnering district students & on-site college supports, resources, advising, college events, and other informational items key to student-learner success.
- Coordinate with HennepinTech Director of Partnerships & College Pathways to identify, support, and develop quality faculty liaisons through onboarding orientations, analysis of survey evaluations, and other communications as identified.
- Maintain NACEP Accreditation through understanding of NACEP Standards, tracking & archiving of required evidence, supporting faculty liaison assessment of offered CE CTE courses.
- Support CE students’ seamless transition from high school into college.
- Track and evaluate CE enrollment and student success (A-C) data in high school pathways
- Track and evaluate implementation of improvements and achievement of enrollment goals
Priority: Essential Percent of Time: 60%
Secondary Responsibilities
- Maintain K-12 partnership records and processes and respond to requests for related information when prompted by K-12 partners, Minn State and other partners and funders.
- Maintain contracts (teacher & college), program documents, database and related program information for Concurrent Enrollment programs.
- In partnership with Institutional Research, identify, coordinate, report and track essential program assessments, evaluations and data.

- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputation of the organization as a viable business partner.

Salary Range:
$23.98 ($50,070) - $34.69 ($72,433)
Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2)* years of experience in education in the areas of academic support, advising, career, educational planning or teaching
- Demonstrated knowledge of policies, procedures and best practice related to admissions, enrollment management and records and registration.
- Experience and skill in data collection and data integrity
- Knowledge or understanding of the K12 system
- Competency with computers (i.e., Microsoft Office)
* Bachelor’s degree in education or related field substitutes for 2 years of experience; Associate’s degree in education or related field substitutes for one year of experience.

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in education or related field
- Experience with academic programming components (development, program implementation techniques and evaluation)
- Experience with Concurrent Enrollment and PSEO programs
- Experience with project management
- Knowledge of Minn State student-related policies and procedures
- Experience with ISRS, Salesforce, Workday and Power BI
- Experience with pursuit of accreditation activities
