This is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover parental leave.
At Disney, storytelling is at the heart of everything we do—and we’re looking for a Brand Commercialisation Manager to help shape the next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to join our Global Brand Commercialisation team within our Consumer Products, Games and Publishing team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving franchise growth across Licensing, Owned & Operated, Publishing and Games.
You’ll be part of a team that operates globally but thinks locally - partnering across regions to deliver integrated strategies that resonate with diverse audiences and markets. Whether it’s analysing franchise health, identifying growth opportunities, or crafting compelling brand narratives, you’ll be helping to bring Disney’s beloved stories to life in new and exciting ways.
What You’ll Do
Analyse franchise performance and identify opportunities for growth
Support global activity to meet annual and long-term planning objectives
Drive development of integrated franchise strategies
Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to implement brand plans
Partner with creative, marketing and retail teams to activate brand campaigns
Develop pitch decks, strategy presentations and sizzle materials
Maintain and distribute content toolkits, calendars and brand assets
Represent the franchise in internal and external forums
Support planning and activation meetings, ensuring alignment and consistency
Champion brand integrity through Disney’s approval systems and guardrails
What We’re Looking For
Experience in consumer-focused brand building and marketing (physical and digital)
Strong analytical skills and understanding of brand health metrics
Commercial acumen and ability to drive strategic growth
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across teams
Comfort working in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
A passion for storytelling and a curiosity for innovation
