We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People Advisor to join our People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a pivotal role that blends operational excellence with strategic support, offering exposure across multiple areas of HR, from systems and data to international mobility and employee wellbeing.
As the go-to expert for our Workday HR system and a key contributor to our reward and benefits strategy, you’ll work closely with line managers, employees, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality HR support. You’ll also play a central role in immigration compliance, payroll coordination, and supporting employees relocating to the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Workday & HR Systems
Serve as the UK lead for Workday, driving system enhancements and ensuring data accuracy.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR processes align with company policies.
Data & Reporting
Generate reports and insights to support decision-making across the People team and business leaders.
Maintain org charts and produce regular HR communications.
Prepare employee documentation and respond to reference requests.
Immigration & Compliance
Manage the company’s sponsor licence and ensure full compliance with UK immigration laws.
Coordinate visa sponsorships and right-to-work checks, working with external advisors.
Payroll & Benefits
Support monthly payroll processing through Workday.
Assist in the administration and promotion of employee benefits and well-being initiatives.
International Mobility
Support employees relocating to the UK, managing logistics including visas and temporary accommodation.
Strategic Projects & Inclusion
Act as a GDPR Data Champion and contribute to compensation reviews.
Support wellbeing and inclusion initiatives aligned with our broader HR strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing sponsor licences and visa processes
Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday HRIS
Confident in producing and interpreting HR data and reports
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
