Direct Responsibilities
- 5+ years hands on Expertise in AWD Core Development covering the topics of Interfaces with AWD, Web Services, AWD frontend javascript, AWD MI Analytics Reporting
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Compile user stories and requirements via in depth analysis, including workflow, data, platform features and external specification analysis.
- Design and develop Workflow solutions using vendor product AWD according to BPMN and group standards, and ensure that solutions developed are consistent with the agreed HSS workflow strategy.
- Implement the workflow solutions and rollouts over the full delivery life cycle, ensure a high quality of deliverables and prepare documents for compliance as well as audit checking.
- Investigate functional issues and gaps during iterative build or test process.
- Arrange user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of deliverables, and support business to complete user functional testing.
- Provide on-going support and maintenance on existing workflow solutions Essential Experience (in order of importance).
- 1-2 years’ working experience in software design, development and testing in a global environment is an advantage 10. Working experience with the vendor product “BusinessOptix” & “ActiveOps” is an advantage.
