Job Description

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, ensuring delivery of high-quality code and innovative solutions.
• Hands-On Development: Architect, design, and implement solutions using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.
• R&D Prototyping: Build proof-of-concepts and experimental systems leveraging .NET Core, AI/ML services, APIs, and cloud-native frameworks.
• Innovation: Explore new technologies (Generative AI, microservices, cloud platforms, automation frameworks) and evaluate their applicability to modernization and productivity use cases.
• Architecture & Design: Define scalable, modular, and secure architectures for experimental and production-ready solutions.
• Cloud & DevOps Integration: Oversee deployment and integration of solutions on cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) with CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration: Partner with architects, product managers, and data/AI researchers to translate R&D ideas into working solutions.
• Agile Delivery: Drive agile best practices, manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Knowledge Sharing: Document designs, share learnings, and promote engineering excellence across the team.
• Skills & Qualifications • Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and object-oriented programming. • Experience in building microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of Generative AI/AI services integration is a plus(Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, HuggingFace, LangChain).
• Solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP for application deployment and scaling.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD automation pipelines. • Strong background in software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Proven track record in leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving R&D projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, research-oriented environments.
