You will:
Contribute to the technical content development efforts for Dell's Unstructured Storage platforms
Ensure that deliverables are written well and directed at the correct audience.
Ensure content complies with our brand standards, style guide, and maintains site-wide consistency.
Participate in content development planning, coordination, and execute on the content development plans.
Test and iterate on content by partnering with subject matter experts and UX research.
Represent the organization on project teams while fostering teamwork and collaboration across work groups.
Ensure that documentation for each release is posted to the required web sites on time to meet the release dates
Work collaboratively with a team of content developers as well as a team of engineers to successfully publish high-quality content

Essential Requirements
2+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience in technical writing
Experience in technical content development for enterprise products. Ability to create clear and concise technical content adhering to content development standards and practices.
Experience or familiarity working in a fast-paced agile/scrum engineering environment.
Experience in industry-standard content authoring standards and tools such as DITA, XMetaL, Oxygen, TridionDocs, and so on.
Advanced knowledge on grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Advanced verbal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities/goals.
