We are seeking a Senior Atlassian Developer to join our global IT teams and contribute to the development, industrialization and maintenance of business and R&D processes. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions that streamline business projects and processes.

This is a strategic position that interfaces with multiple departments including R&D, Operations and Sales, etc. You will collaborate with them to deliver robust tools and ensure best practices in development, documentation, and governance.

You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment, working with stakeholders across India, the US, France, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Design and implement solutions using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), Jenkins, and Python.
• Be a tech lead for the other members of the Vantiva Atlassian business solution team
• Promote and enforce best practices in development, documentation, and governance.
• Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for production systems.
• Maintain the right level of service for the Vantiva Atlassian ecosystem. It must be available 24/7.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation and keep it up to date.
• Train end-users and empower teams to leverage developed solutions effectively.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with JIRA administration
• Strong experience with Confluence usage
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Object programming
• Advanced Python development skills, especially in web contexts (REST APIs).
• Strong business understanding and ability to translate business needs into functional requirements
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High-level written and verbal communication skills to work with stakeholders
• Fluency in English
