About this Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager with deep expertise in SAP FieldGlass to join our Supply Chain team. This role involves managing the FieldGlass product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with other SCM modules. The individual will be responsible for validating technical and functional designs, resolving process-related issues, and guiding stakeholders through quarterly release functionalities.
What you will do
- Lead the design and delivery of the FieldGlass roadmap in alignment with executive stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with Process Owners, Architecture, Engineering, SI partners, and other cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.
- Analyse quarterly FieldGlass release content to ensure no regression and advise business stakeholders on new functionalities.
- Validate functional and technical designs provided by System Integrators.
- Discuss high-level architecture (functional and technical) and coordinate incident resolution with operations and business teams.
- Own end-to-end delivery of demands/projects from requirement definition to transition into business-as-usual.
- Support implementation teams, Global Process Owners/Leads, and Shared Services in delivering projects and programmes.
- Facilitate workshops, testing activities, training, deployment, and data migration within the SCM domain.
Who you are
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP FieldGlass and understanding of contingent workforce onboarding processes.
- Strong knowledge of SCM modules including S/4 HANA, MDG, Contract Management, and integration with Ariba.
- Demonstrated technical and functional expertise in SAP E2E purchasing processes.
- Experience as a product owner/manager or consultant in a business-facing role.
- Background in management consulting with strong decision-making and learning agility.
- Effective communicator across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Desirable: Integration experience with SAP and non-SAP modules.
