As the Senior Retail Merchandising Manager for Lancôme and Helena Rubinstein, you’ll be the creative force behind how our luxury brands come to life in retail spaces. Reporting to the Offline Retail Experience Lead - Luxe, you’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and retail operations to craft visually stunning and commercially effective displays. From department stores to specialty beauty retailers, you’ll ensure that every touchpoint reflects the prestige and storytelling of our brands. This is a 12-month maximum term contract. ABOUT THE JOBDevelop and execute visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines, seasonal launches, and marketing campaigns.Create detailed planograms and guidelines, oversee production of visual assets, and audit stores to ensure flawless execution.Partner with internal teams and external vendors to bring your vision to life, while presenting plans to stakeholders for alignment.Analyse sales data to measure the impact of your initiatives, manage budgets, and continuously optimize for results. ABOUT YOUA proven track record in visual merchandising, ideally in beauty, luxury, or fashion retail.Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp preferred) and an eye for aesthetics.Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.A willingness to travel frequently to retail locations. ABOUT THE PERKSHybrid working environment.
