Sales & Events Executive | Merivale (Sydney CBD, NSW, AU, 2000) en Merivale

Within the world of Events at Merivale, no two days or events are the same.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Events Executive to join our Sales & Events team, and the growing world of hospitality. In this role you’ll be s responsible for supporting both the Sales and Events Management Teams to ensure the best client experiences are had across some of Sydney's most iconic restaurants, bars and night spots including Establishment, ivy, Coogee Pavilion.

The Role:

• Supporting the Sales and Events team in all administrative and customer service functions
• Preparing high-quality documentation for clients, including but not limited to; contracts, proposals, data entry, invoicing, receipts, office presentations and collateral to satisfy business goals
• Liaising with clients to maximise in venue site tours and hosting with sales/event managers
• Preparation of up-to-date promotional material, packages and brochures and ensure par levels of collateral are maintained
• Support with client hosting & business development including event organization for meeting and notes for meetings
• Maintaining an in depth understanding of Merivale’s products and services including support between venues and S&E team
• Responsible for support in advice regarding invoicing, payment plans, supplier agreements and other policy and other payment types

Essentials:

• 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role
• A keen interest in Sales, with a love for all events
• Proven ​organisational and administration skills
• High attention to details and excellent communication skills
• A passion for achieving results and going above and beyond
