Senior Project Officer The Business Operations Group
sits in the People & Corporate Services team, under the Strategic &
Corporate Services Directorate. The Business Operations Team
encompasses four key silos of work: The Business Operations Group is
responsible for implementing the governance reporting model and evaluating
compliance against the operational governance parameters. This team is the
conduit for operational governance, policies and procedures at DCS level
including the involvement in setting of SLA’s. We investigate and audit high
level agreements to understand our obligations whilst also investigating
opportunities for improvement relating to operational governance across all
business usage items. Your responsibilities will
include: As the Senior Project Officer,
you would have two direct reports, being the Business Operations Coordinator
and the Business Operations Officer. You would manage and coordinate the
development, implementation, and evaluation of complex projects to achieve
project outcomes and support the achievement of organisational
