ICF NEXT is looking for a Senior Digital Business Analyst to work from one of our client's premises in Brussels.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Digital Business Analyst will:
- Analyse and map audiovisual production needs and propose a strategic production plan aligned with the organization’s priorities.
- Create multimedia video content in various styles (e.g., stock footage, animation, 2D/3D graphics, testimonials), tailored to the communication objectives and distribution channels.
- Develop storyboards and moodboards, and contribute to scriptwriting.
- Handle pre-production and post-production tasks.
- Edit video projects end-to-end, including footage selection, shooting, visual effects, transitions, subtitles, voiceovers, and music.
- Deliver audiovisual products in multiple language versions and formats suitable for social media and internal platforms.
- Organize and manage logistics for interviews and video testimonials.
- Propose dissemination strategies for produced content.
- Coordinate with communication officers and graphic designers to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
All work must comply with the client’s digital transformation programme and style guides.
Requirements:
- Minimum of nine years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking, with a talent for storytelling.
- High political awareness and understanding of policy landscapes.
- Proven experience in audiovisual production and workflow management.
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with AI technologies.
- Experience in managing interinstitutional projects and deliverables.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate across teams.
