The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Investor Relations to join our San Francisco team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key Investor Relations processes including leading reporting activities; developing and maintaining investor materials; and supporting all efforts to foster lasting relationships with both current and prospective investors. Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will play a crucial role in shaping communications and partnering with the Executive Team to deliver a best-in-class investor experience.
What You’ll Do
- Contribute to the build-out and continuous improvement of Investor Relations department.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and regular investor updates.
- Analyze, prepare and present data, both internally to the Executive Team and externally to current and prospective investors.
- Communicate with investors and provide timely responses to inquiries.
- Assist with investor meetings and events, ensuring an exceptional investor experience.
- Contribute to the maintenance of the investor CRM and portal
- Oversee distribution of key reports, partnership documents, and communications.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Asset/Portfolio/Fund Management, or Private Wealth Management.
- Able to work onsite in downtown San Francisco, five days a week.
- Analytical and clear communicator — skilled at interpreting data, presenting insights effectively, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external investors.
- Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, follow-through, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proactive and solutions-focused — a problem-solver who brings urgency, adaptability, and a positive, team-oriented mindset to fast-paced environments.
