Crafted Highlights:
The role will be responsible for supporting channel growth and operations across Amazon, Walmart and DTC. Primary responsibilities will include performance reporting, catalog and listing management, securing distribution, ensuring financial and operational performance and merchandising assistance in our customer portals in coordination with MCBC cross functional partners. In addition, the role will include some customer facing components as it relates to day-to-day communication with customer support and retail team stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Brewing:
- Customer portal/platform operations: securing distribution, pricing, catalog management and updates and content uploads
- Customer disputes, ticketing, on-site and catalog corrections, promo/pricing errors, product detail page issue management and seller central queries
- Growth of Walmart Marketplace and Amazon Canada through product on-boarding, merchandising set-up and catalog management
- Daily on-site review of pricing, product detail page accuracy, content compliance and competitor/3rd party activity
- Merchandising support as it relates to promotional and coupon setup, actualization and validation
- Financial review and validation of chargebacks, 3rd party remittance, ticketing and disputes
- Ad hoc reporting and presentation support as it relates to weekly reports and monthly/quarterly business reviews
Key Ingredients:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- You have at least 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong knowledge of Amazon, Vendor/Seller Central and Amazon Retail ways-of-working
- Must be detail-oriented with a bias towards action (self-starter) and comfortable with ambiguity
- Hands-on approach is important to success in the role, but a strategic mindset will also be required to ensure long-term sustainability of the business
- Ability to work within a team as well as independently with limited supervision
- Must possess strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills

Pay and Benefits:
At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $107,000.00 - $140,400.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
