Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze, document, and optimize internal business processes across departments such as Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Support.
· Identify automation opportunities and lead the discovery and design of technical solutions using tools like RPA, APIs, scripting, or low-code/no-code platforms.
· Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers
· Develop and maintain process maps, data flow diagrams, and system interaction models.
· Evaluate existing systems and tools for scalability, integration capability, and fit-for-purpose within our process automation roadmap.
· Partner with development and IT teams to ensure successful configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of automation solutions.
· Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
· Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure the impact of automation and process improvements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in a technical business analyst or systems analyst role.
· Understanding of API integrations, data models, and basic scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) preferred.
· Proficiency in process modeling and documentation (e.g., BPMN, UML).
· Familiarity with Agile development environments and tools such as Jira
· Communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
· Telecom or technology industry experience, especially in operations or systems transformation.
· Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or RPA platform certification.
