Who we’re looking for:

The Temporary Recruiting Coordinator role assists the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Business Partner in meeting seasonal or project-based hiring goals. This position partners closely with Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Business Partner, hiring managers and candidates to ensure organized, positive recruitment experience and timely fulfillment of talent needs.

Essential Functions:


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting jobs to onboarding new hires
  • Screen resumes and conducting initial phone interviews for candidate qualification
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications with hiring teams
  • Ensure accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with reference checks, background screenings, and offer letters
  • Help organize recruiting events and coordinate logistics for job fairs or campus events
  • Generate recruiting reports and track metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline status)
  • Maintain positive candidate experience and timely follow-up throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Business Partner on sourcing strategies and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and applicable regulations
  • Perform additional recruiting tasks or administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field is a plus
  • Prior experience with high-volume or seasonal hiring
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment marketing

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in office administration preferred.

  

Position Type:

This is a full-time temporary in-office position  

The position is temporary through 12/31/2025 with the possibility of extending. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
