Role Objective 

The Director of Sales will own and drive New Frontier Immigration Law’s client acquisition strategy, ensuring that every prospective client experiences the firm’s I LIVE values of inspiration, legacy, innovation, vested, and excellence from the very first interaction. This role provides strategic leadership over intake, consultation scheduling, and lead conversion operations, with a focus on accelerating revenue growth and advancing the firm’s mission. 


The Director of Sales will be responsible for designing and executing the overall sales vision, building and scaling a high-performing intake team, and developing best-in-class scripts, processes, and training programs. This leader will set performance standards, monitor KPIs at the organizational level, and implement strategies that maximize client conversion. With a balance of empathy and accountability, the Director of Sales will inspire prospective clients to move forward with confidence in their legal journey while ensuring the sales organization consistently exceeds growth goals. 



Objectives 

  • Achieve consistent growth in lead-to-client conversion, with year-over-year improvement. 
  • Recruit, train, and retain top intake specialists and sales professionals who embody the firm’s mission and values. 
  • Create scripts, workflows, and standards that ensure every client interaction is professional, empathetic, and persuasive. 
  • Drive sales strategies that support the firm’s financial goals, achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets. 
  • Define, track, and optimize metrics such as consultations booked, conversion percentages, and revenue per consultation. 
  • Ensure prospective clients feel supported, respected, and inspired to take action during every stage of intake and sales. 
  • Partner with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales strategies, maximizing qualified leads and ROI. 
  • Build a training and certification program for intake specialists to ensure consistent quality and performance. 
  • Leverage CRM and automation tools to streamline intake, track performance, and enhance client communication. 
  • Increase the percentage of consultations that result in signed engagements through improved coaching and follow-up processes. 
  • Embed the firm’s mission and values into all sales conversations and client interactions. 
  • Model excellence in sales leadership by maintaining a balance of empathy, accountability, and high performance.

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, client intake management, or business development (experience in legal services strongly preferred)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, required
  • Ability to travel to firm's offices in California and Texas as needed (less than 10% travel)
