Lease Up Leasing Consultant en Fore Property Company

In the role of a Leasing Specialist, you will wield your communication prowess to handle incoming inquiries, orchestrate property tours, and lease beautiful apartment homes. Your natural charm and dedication to customer service, alongside your sales and marketing skills, are crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully close sales, helping to reach our property occupancy goals.
• Complete lease agreements and collect rental deposits with precision and professionalism.
• Prepare files to ensure compliance with FPC Management and relevant State guidelines and policies.
• Ensure that the apartments—and the areas designated for showings—are always immaculate and ready for potential residents to explore.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and inviting workspace to enhance productivity.
• Focus on promoting leasing activities and fostering positive resident relations.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of lease terms and all community policies to provide accurate information.
• Welcome new residents with warmth and efficiently manage their move-in experience.
• Stay attuned to local market conditions and trends to better serve our community.
• Take part in planning and executing community-sponsored events, engaging social media efforts, outreach initiatives, and other marketing strategies.
• Handle resident requests and complaints with courtesy and efficiency, ensuring a positive living experience for everyone.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 year of prior leasing experience with at least 1 year experience in a Class A lease-up environment is required.
• Prior sales and social media experience required to be successful in this role.
• Weekend availability is a must.
• Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with all levels of the organization and the public.
• Competence in computer applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi Voyager/CRM and the Yardi/RENT Café platform a plus
