PT Northwest has an immediate opening for a motivated individual with an energetic personality to join our team as a part-time Speech Pathologist at Santiam Hospital.

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties
• Develop and implement effective treatment programs
• Provide counseling to patients and patient's families about the results of testing and recommended treatment options
• Establish patient understanding, expectations, and goals for treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all patient visits
• Collaborate and delegate duties to support personnel as appropriate
• Maintain communication with staff and outside agencies per state guidelines

• Licensed SLP
• Strong, disciplined work ethic
• Dedication to quality patient care through the entire therapeutic process
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
• Demonstrated experience with evidence-based treatment modalities
• CPR and first aid certification are preferred

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $40.00- $55 an hour. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
