ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

 

The Unattended Product Launch Manager is responsible for bringing to market comprehensive, customer-ready solutions for Ingenico’s unattended vertical across Android and legacy (Tetra) platforms. Sitting within the Go-To-Market team, this role ensures our unattended solutions are packaged, launched effectively, positioned competitively, and adopted by partners and customers across all target segments.

Focused on solution packaging, market readiness, and execution, the Unattended Product Launch Manager drives the successful commercialization of Ingenico’s unattended portfolio in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

 

 

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

 

  • Act as the launch owner for Ingenico’s unattended solutions, ensuring they are packaged, positioned, customized (where required), and ready for rollout.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to finalize certification, readiness, and delivery timelines.
  • Drive go-to-market execution in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Regional teams.
  • Enable sales and partners with training, collateral, playbooks, and launch materials.
  • Ensure commercial, operational, and support readiness for unattended launches.
  • Collect and synthesize market, customer, and partner feedback to refine solutions and drive adoption.
  • Define and track launch KPIs (e.g., time-to-revenue, adoption rates, partner enablement, churn reduction).
  • Contribute to business cases, marketing plans, requirements, solution definition, and RFP responses.

 

 

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

 

Solution Packaging & Readiness

  • Package Ingenico’s unattended portfolio into revenue-ready solutions.
  • Define frameworks, positioning, and vertical-specific messaging.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Build and own detailed launch plans for unattended solutions.
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to deliver enablement assets, campaigns, and competitive positioning.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with Global Product Management on definitions, scope, and lifecycle status.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Engineering, Compliance, and Customer Success for certification, deployment, and support readiness.

Market & Competitive Insight

  • Monitor unattended payment trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide structured feedback including feature enhancements to Product Managers for roadmap alignment.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

 

 

  • 6+ years’ experience in product launch, go-to-market management, product management, or solutions engineering within payments, fintech, or self-service technology.
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem, self-service technology, and kiosk industry.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

 

NICE TO HAVE

 

  • Experience in launching and scaling unattended/self-service solutions (e.g., kiosks, EV charging, parking, vending).
  • Knowledge of EMV, PCI, P2PE, and other payment compliance standards.
  • Experience with international launches and regional product adoption.
  • Technical fluency to act as a bridge between engineering and commercial teams.
