GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager – SAP & Enterprise Integration to support a remote opportunity with occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA.

Position Description:

As a Technical Project Manager, SAP SuccessFactors, you will lead a transformative HR technology initiative involving SAP data migration, enterprise integration, and the decommissioning of legacy systems, working closely with both technical and business teams to drive delivery and innovation.

• Lead the decommissioning of legacy HR systems while ensuring compliance with data retention and archiving standards.

• Oversee end-to-end SAP data migration using appropriate SAP tools and methodologies.

• Design and implement integration strategies between SAP systems (S/4HANA or ECC) and internal applications using APIs and middleware.

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, objectives, resources, and deliverables.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and SAP functional experts.

• Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Collaborate with agencies and business units to define current and future state models.

• Analyze and prioritize business requirements to align with scalable technical solutions.

• Foster a productive and collaborative environment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Four or more years of experience leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects.

• Bachelor’s degree OR an equivalent combination of training and experience.

• Proven expertise in SAP data migration and enterprise integration in large environments.

• Experience with SAP platforms including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Demonstrated ability to create project plans, manage schedules, and deliver on time and within budget.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Proficiency in business process and gap analysis, and requirements gathering.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

• SAP certifications in data migration, integration, or architecture.

• Experience managing remote projects with occasional in-person stakeholder engagements.
