Are you an organized and detail-oriented person interested in the processing and preparation of loan closing documents? Do you want to work for a company that cares about your future? As a Retail Lending Specialist in Warsaw, IN, you will:
- Process loan contracts received from auto dealers.
- Serve as primary contact for online application and referral procedures.
- Provide review of Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) after booking.
- Scan and electronically file mortgage loan documents.
- Assist in breakdown of loan files after closing and in the preparation of HELOC request in preparation for underwriting.
Basic Qualifications Include:
- One or more years of banking or loan experience required; knowledge of mortgage and consumer loan origination software experience preferred.
- Ability to deliver outstanding accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand complex loan related documents and problem solve.
- Personal computer proficiency required. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00
