Overview:
Barista – MRKT at Town and Country Resort
Help our guests wake up with a smile and a perfectly brewed cup of coffee! MRKT, our fast-paced coffee shop and market, is looking for an energetic and guest-focused Barista to join our team. Starting rate $19.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages with consistency and care
- Greet guests with warmth and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with food and pastry preparation and display
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work areas
- Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- Prior barista or food & beverage experience preferred, but not required – training provided
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
